Returns & Exchanges

Because these decks are carefully packaged and prepared as collectible, small-batch editions, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In rare circumstances, we may approve a return of an unopened deck. If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A refund for the item, excluding original shipping charges, will be issued once the deck has been received in its original, unopened condition.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us at info@livingmandalaofoz.com and we will be happy to work with you toward a resolution.

Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packing every Living Mandala of Oz order for its journey to you. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, however, we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@livingmandalaofoz.com, ideally with photographs of the package and its contents, so we can help determine the best next step.

For packages shown as delivered but not received, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, and the carrier, and contacting the carrier directly to initiate a delivery inquiry.

It has been mentioned numerous times during the purchase and checkout journey - preorder items will ship in November 2026. The only item that ships immediately is the prototype oracle deck, while supplies last.
